Food:
Pre workout shake (protein & water)
Workout recovery shake (protien powder, plain yogurt, 4 frozed organic strawberries, 1/2 frozen banana, all natural fruit juice)
1 avocado, 1 tomato, 2 T cilantro, fresh lime juice w/ baked chips
salad, chicken, green chili, tomatillo dressing, mango
mild sugar headache. i also started eating WAY too late. the shake was the first thing I had and that wasn't till at least 11....maybe later. not good.
Workout:
full Ab Ripper X and full Kenpo X from the P90X at home workouts
Today I feel great. Making good food choices was pretty simple after such a great morning workout. Drinking my water was, as always, very simple. I have found that I enjoy my water more when i put lemon in it. I am very tired tonight (its only 8:00) but its a good tired. I know I will sleep well. My muscles are exhausted. I know that it would not be appropriate to do those two workouts together regularly, but after such a hard week I really wanted to motivate myself. The workout was so great that when it was over I literally cried I felt so great and was so pleased with myself for enduring.
