Points: 2 (water and food plan)

Workout: Nada

Food:
scrambled egg whites
Lean Cuisine
carrots
veggie burger with whole grain bun

(mint oreo blizzard from DQ)

Felt gross. Bloated and crampy (ladies days...first in 18 months.) Ate well and drank my water easily but had an emotional day and by night time was more interested in giong for a ride with Mike than working out. No regrets about the missed workout or blizzard cause I was alone with my man for the first time in FOR-EV-ER!!!

BUT-committed to make up for it Wednesday!!! (plan to do2 workouts!)
