Pre and post workout shake
chicken and shrimp of lunch
carrots for snack
protien bar for snack
egg whites with mozarella, tomatoe, and cilantro
Plenty of water
I feel good today. After Kenpo X yesterday i didnt like todays workout as well, but still worked hard. I enjoy cardio workouts much more than weights and stuff, but still feel good. Tonight I will probably do some sort of stretching exercises, yoga maybe, because I am pretty sore and would like to go to bed feeling great!
