2-12-09

POints Received: 1 so far, but still considering the workout.

Workout: none so far

Food:
Egg whites with cheese
2 pieces pizza (it went downhill from here....)
candy, cookies
Pachangas nachos (about 8 chips total)
several sips of root beer

I feel gross. I know I need to workout to feel better so I am planning to do so after this post. I gave in to the junk. Wouldnt feel so bad but after I gave in I just kept on going. One of my challenges is learning to not over indulge and remember that it is never as good as you expect it to be. Again, the water is a plus and it feels great. Interestingly enough, my best days have been the 5 am workouts!!!
