P90X yoga (WOW!!!!)

Food:
pre and post workout shake
1/3 cup oatmeal w/ 3 T milk
Lean Cuisine
chicken, asparagus, 1/4 apple

Still bloated and icky! Feel great with my water and it is helping ease the period discomfort. Haven't been hungry but feel weak and lethargic. Definately need more food than this....felt like i was drowning all day. Lots a water, not enough food. Tomorrow at school is the Valentines Day celebration and I am worried there will be a lot of tempting treats! Didnt get the nighttime workout in that i wanted...too beat.
