Workout:
Cardio X (P90X) at 5:30 a.m.

Food:
Shakes
carrots
baked blue chips with home made salsa
avocado w/tomato
lean cuisine meal
filet w/ broccoli

I feel good today. I am feeling the munchies coming on so I think Ill go cut a protein bar in half (or 3/4.) The workout was fantastic and whats better, i had time to myself this morning before all the kids were up so was ready by the time they started to get up. Got to snuggle with them each individually and the morning was smooth and easy. TOnight i hope i sleep better....last night i didnt get much sleep...drifted at about 11:30 or later and was up by 5:30. Not exhausted yet, but hoping exhaustion kicks in soon so I can get a good nights sleep.
